When you submit an inquiry, we process: name and surname, phone, e-mail, event details (date, time, pickup and drop-off location, occasion) and an optional message. For business inquiries also company name, Company ID and VAT ID.
Purpose: processing the inquiry, preparing an offer, concluding and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: for the duration of processing and then per statutory periods (accounting documents up to 10 years).
Conversations with the Alfréd assistant are processed to answer your question and prepare a quote. Content is technically processed by Anthropic (Claude API); please do not enter sensitive data.
Reservation-related e-mails are kept for the duration of the business relationship and then per statutory periods.
We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.
The website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. We only use technically necessary browser local storage (language preference, assistant conversation state, anonymous visit measurement without personal identification).

All communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Only authorised persons of the Controller have access to the data. Data is stored with vetted providers with appropriate security.
