Ogicron s.r.o., registered office Plovární 478/1, 301 00 Plzeň, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČ): 179 663 37, registered in the Commercial Register (the "Operator"), operates the chauffeur-driven limousine rental service GRANDLINE available at pronajemlimuzin.cz.
The Customer is a natural or legal person who orders transport or rental services via the web form, by phone, e-mail or any other GRANDLINE ordering channel.
The Service includes the rental of a vehicle (limousine) with a professional chauffeur, fuel and insurance for the agreed time and route, plus any additional services as agreed.
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Operator and the Customer. By submitting an order (inquiry), the Customer confirms having read and accepted the Terms.
Transport is provided by the Operator's vehicles with duly licensed chauffeurs. The Operator provides services in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on Road Transport, as amended.
An inquiry submitted via the web form, chat or by phone is a non-binding reservation request. Prices displayed on the website or communicated by the AI assistant are indicative and based on the parameters provided.
The service contract is concluded when the Operator confirms the binding reservation in writing (by e-mail), usually after the Customer pays the reservation deposit.
The Operator reserves the right to decline an inquiry, in particular for capacity reasons or if the requested service violates the law or public morals.
The basic price list is published on the website and applies to the entire Plzeň Region. For destinations outside the Plzeň Region, a delivery/return fee applies according to the current price list (CZK 30/km).
Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash, as agreed. A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation; its amount and due date are stated in the reservation confirmation.
The final price may be adjusted if the Customer requests services beyond the original order during the event (time extension, route change, extra stops). Such changes are charged according to the current price list.
The Operator may cancel a reservation due to force majeure (vehicle breakdown, chauffeur illness, extreme weather). In such a case, the Operator will offer an alternative date or refund all payments in full. The Customer is not entitled to further compensation in such cases.
The Operator is responsible for performing the transport with professional care, in accordance with legal regulations and the agreed conditions. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by traffic, force majeure or the Customer's instructions.
The Customer must behave in the vehicle so as not to damage or excessively soil it, and follow the chauffeur's instructions. The Customer is liable for damage to the vehicle caused by them or by persons attending the event at their invitation. Excessive soiling may be charged at the cost of professional cleaning.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle. Consumption of your own beverages is possible by agreement with the chauffeur.
The Operator is not liable for items forgotten or left in the vehicle; found items will be stored and returned upon request.
Both the Customer and the Operator must act decently, respect each other's rights and observe these Terms. The chauffeur may interrupt or terminate the ride if the conduct of the passengers endangers the safety of traffic, passengers or the vehicle; in such a case no refund is due.
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz, is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
Should any provision of these Terms become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The Operator may reasonably update the Terms; reservations already made are governed by the wording effective at the time of the order.
